I like the clarity of the sound. Picks up all sounds even if they are in a pocket or bag. Time and date information on recordings is an advantage. Holds an impressive number of records. I had more weekly entries and there was still room. The downside is that recording stops when the phone is charging. You have to turn the dial to the center to charge the phone and then you have to turn the dial back to the correct position to record again, which can be a problem. I wish it would only record when used as a charger. All in all it was an extremely useful gadget and I recommend it!
