This product has a thick and sticky texture but is easy to apply; Flavor is light. I would use it once every few months, either alone or mixed with another conditioner, and sit under the blow dryer for about 20 minutes. The results were good, but not outstanding. Bottom Line: It works if you don't have major hair problems. I would rate this as a medium protein treatment that is great to use twice a month if needed. If you have serious hair issues (e.g. severe hair loss, brittleness or dryness) I would recommend something stronger like Aphogee 2 Step, Dudley's DRC 28 or Pure Protein. Always, always, always use a protein-free deep conditioner immediately after your protein treatment.
