Review on Itential by Bobby Montoya

I use itental product in my current job as an engineer within our IT department at work for about 6 months now (mainly). The interface is much more easy then other similar products out there which we used before with another provider who went bankrupt years ago :/. Also their support team really rocks! We have several projects going right know that are using this service - nothing bad so far but they do need some polishing up if you ask me since sometimes can't figure things how would be best done etc... Some features like creating users/groups or permissions could probably get better developed by adding even custom fields eithr way.. And also make sure your implementation fits perfectly into existing internal structures / policies regarding security management because otherwise might confuse others when looking over stuff later down time =) Would definitely recommend them again though :).
