Instructions suck. Hardly any direction or description on which of two identical pieces face which direction. The first photo shows the wooden bar on one side and the next shows it on the other side. There’s no YouTube video on this model so you’re screwed there too. On top of that, I struggled my way through guessing how this thing goes together and THEN…on the last piece…it doesn’t even have a place where I can utilize the Allen wrench they provided. There’s some kind of coating over top of the hole so nothing can screw it in. That Allen wrench also isn’t long enough to do the one task it’s designed for on this easel, but at this point of COURSE it’s not. The picture I provided is the screw that has no spot to actually screw it in. I hit it with a hammer a few times (why it’s damaged) because it looked like maybe there was just a coating over top that was preventing me access. Nope. No such luck. Literally that bolt supports part of this and I have nothing at home large enough to replace it. If I hadn’t waited so long to assemble it, I would return it. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY. Premium my ass. I haven’t even yet mentioned that the screws are NOT easy to work through the wood so things aren’t even sitting flush. I got my drill out after I attempted using their garbage dual Allen wrench screen driver. That worked better but even my drill wouldn’t make things sit flush.
