This product does not run or drip. I've been using it for a month (every day) everything is fine! I make flavored water (cucumber, lemon, etc.). I also used the included teapot, but throwing fruit directly at it (depending on what type of fruit you're using) seems just as easy. This is a super strong glass. I highly recommend this product.
