Considering the price they are of excellent quality and cut well. My only two concerns are that they came with no instructions on how to use the two feather things that came with them. I only used one side as I couldn't figure out how to do both and if you only want one, why two? Second, while I see people in many reviews saying they are easy to grip and non-slip, I found that while they are easy to grip, I found them very slippery. They kept slipping out of my hands and I have big hands. If they made the handles out of rubber or put something on top for grip they would be perfect.
