The product suffers from poor packaging. The powder works, so here it is. Squeezing and squeezing to cover my whole head takes an eternity and a half. Finally I opened the pump and scooped out the powder. So much for not making a mess. I might as well make my own clay powder and save money because it's so overpriced since the pump is useless. Also, I wouldn't recommend it for dark hair unless it's formulated with darker powder (white leaves a tiny ghost layer). The rest of the product works, volume is good. I would only buy again if the packaging changes.
