Factory pre-drilled holes don't match

I like this product it's pretty solid but my main issue was that the pre-drilled holes on the drawers didn't match up at all. The pre-drilled holes on the main frame of the dresser lined up perfectly. The boxes were difficult to assemble due to problems with the pre-drilled holes. Also, the espresso paint had chipped off in several places on the dresser. I also don't like the way the changing table attaches to the dresser, it just attaches to the dresser with three screws at the back and doesn't connect to the dresser anywhere else.
