SHINY but Better than the price would suggest
These are extremely shiny. It's like putting your child in a trash bag. I'm pretty sure they're made of 100% plastic, because when my toddler pushes their arms through, it makes a squeaky plastic sound. Note there are no pockets on this coat. However, you can't beat the price. My kid loves it - even the floofy ears. I ordered 2.
