I recently decided to try my hand at making tacos because the local Taco Bell was far enough away to make anything starting at home crispy and raw. After suffering a stroke many years ago, I can only use one hand. Remember the saying "the one-armed dog in the Bolognese factory"? - Well, it's me! First, I connected two taco shells along the top with a wooden clothespin - effective, but when I removed the clothespin both tacos fell off, falling about a third out when the filling was full. I continued like this for about six months when I remembered seeing a taco stand somewhere. Designed to hold multiple taco shells at once while filling, you can then carry the rack to the table with filled tacos. unless you can't do it with one hand. But after scrolling down to see other items in this category I found these custom made taco holders. PERFECT! Not only can I make two or even three tacos at a time and bring them to the table on a plate, but you can put your taco back in the holder between bites if you need to hold it until you're done with it. That! Even my two-handed friends use them for both building and "nesting" between bites! When I eventually blog about things that will be useful to people who have "problems" with certain kitchen chores, this article will be at the top of the "must have" list!
