These yoga pants are extremely comfortable and supportive. I like that they are fairly thin, especially for summer, yet are not see through. The pockets are a nice bonus. I can keep my keys & phone with me without worrying about losing them. Follow the size chart for sizing. they seem to run about a half size smaller than normal sizing, but the chart is accurate
