Unreliable, warranty expired
Bought a pair for my daughter and they stopped working after a few weeks. When I asked for assistance they responded by asking for photos, receipts etc which I had collected. A few days later they declared the matter closed and have not responded since. (I also made a second complaint which was not confirmed.) Extremely disappointing customer service. My daughter is devastated and I would not recommend buying TCL for anything in the future. (For the record, for something this light, they actually sounded pretty good as long as they lasted -- it just wasn't very long.)
