Suitable for babies

My grandson loves this toy. When he first sat in his high chair at about 4 months, he stayed on the tray. Now when he is 6 months old he takes it out of the tray and it lands on the floor. The suction cup works for younger children. older children not so much! Now he is in a toy box and sometimes plays with him. Still a cute toy and worth the price!
