I like that it's a fully managed solution from Infinidat. It handles all the moving parts, so you don't have to worry about anything but your own workload. We had some issues with performance at times which weren't their fault. Sometimes things would go down for an hour or two and then come back up again. We're working on it! They're currently looking into the root cause of this issue. The solution is still in its early stages. We are trying out some new things and seeing how they perform. We are confident that once we get everything figured out, there will be very little downtime. At this point, we've only been able to use it for backups.
