As others have pointed out, one of the latching switches (there are 4 of them) doesn't stay latched, it just slides back out. Sometimes immediately, sometimes after a second or two, sometimes in response to a fairly small amount of vibration/control. Either the same bad block is being sent to multiple clients, or they are having quality issues with their switches. Pretty easy problem to check, so no need to send me a unit with a bad switch right away. That issue aside, the device itself is perfect. It is compact and easy to use as the two outputs (or inputs, depending on usage) are on opposite sides of the device, giving flexibility in wiring. I experience no noise or distortion. "industrial" but I like it. Buy better switches or at least test the devices properly and your ratings will improve, otherwise it's a great switch!
