This Canon model is arguably one of the worst devices the company has ever made. I would rate it "-5 STARS" if I could. There are too many issues to list, so I'll describe the biggest ones - you can't just drag-and-drop files from the onboard storage - right - or edit them in the camera with its ridiculous small-screen editing feature. and play around with the camera to see how you removed it, or forget about it. Nothing (Macs, PCs, editing and encoding programs) recognizes, accesses, or even sees the files. This is worst product development. Whoever came up with this file customization idea should work and I hope Canon learned their lesson - what about me? I smash this thing with a hammer so I don't make the mistake of using it again. About $300 down the drain. Thanks canon
