I rarely give less than 2 stars, but listen to me this time. I weigh 150 pounds. and didn't use the footrest that much. After about a month of use, the plastic (yes, plastic) holding the footrest cracked. Soon the back support stopped working too. The levers do nothing else - they change neither the inclination of the backrest nor the seat height. I never put a lot of strain on the chair as I only sit on it to play computer games. And again I weigh 150 pounds. I was drawn to the price, but often in life you get what you pay for.
