I like dishes that are completely sealed.

I like these fully locking panels with little handles on all four sides to make sure they are secure. How far from having to "burp" yesterday's plates and then afraid they'll somehow open up on your way to work! And glass is safer and more heat-resistant. (Although I would add that this dish is relatively small - a great lunch size, but if you put it in the oven I'm not sure you'll cook it.) I also really like that the rubber seal is removable. I've had several of these panels where the adhesive holding the gasket came loose and actually killed the panel. This one does not share this problem!

Pros

HEAT RESISTANT GLASS: Made from borosilicate glass that can withstand temperatures up to 750F and thermal shock resistance up to 248F. Safe enough for food storage and preparation without the risk of spontaneous breakage and breakage. .
