I called and spoke to a Walmart customer service representative to tell Walmart that this mood ring DOES NOT CHANGE COLOR. In fact, none of the mood rings I've recently ordered change color. My Walmart credit card needs credit because it is faulty or just won't change color when presented at Walmart. In fact, I contacted Walmart to let them know.
