Review on An-ser Platform by Adam Johnson

I like how our sales people are able see where their potential leads, customers & prospects live in real time across multiple channels such as Facebook Messenger or Whatsapp with 1 click! It's also great for B2B lead generation from prospect lists that you have built up over years of CRM data insights into each customer profile - it allows us all access at one point so we can pull together reports quickly without any manual input required by Salespeople. Nothing really i dislike about this tool but perhaps more customization options would be nice if they wanted them then maybe other features could come next? We've been using anSer since 2015 when my previous employer moved away from Hubspot (which was very expensive). The ability to drill down further than just location is something which will no doubt help future client engagement projects.
