I am an expert in internet purchasing, thus I was unimpressed with Haofy. Although their website was simple to use, they had a poor assortment of household and health products. The new components I got were of poor quality and didn't work right. Their selection of nail paint and nail art was likewise lacking. The polish chipped easily, and the colors did not match the advertisements. Additionally, it was challenging for me to finalize my transaction due to the few payment alternatives. They made issues worse by providing unresponsive and poor customer support. They were slow to respond when I contacted them about my problems and did not have any good answers. In conclusion, I wouldn't suggest Haofy to anyone looking for high-quality goods and a hassle-free purchasing experience. They are an unreliable option for online buying due to their poor product variety, mediocre customer service, and inferior merchandise.
