It's not great: my feedback

I have had this booster for about 10 months. I like how strong it is. It's not cheap and flimsy( and it shouldn't be for that price) but I've noticed that the adjustable head rest keeps falling down. No matter what I do or how many times I adjust it, it doesn't stay up. My son needs it higher. So less than a year of use and I need to buy another seat because it's not safe if it's not at the right height.

INFANT HEAD SUPPORT LINER - Features padded support for added comfort. Simply remove as your infant transitions from rear-facing to forward facing booster seat

Cons

The infant insert may not be comfortable for all babies.
