I am allergic to latex and I can tell you they are truly latex free. I had no reactions or irritation from it. I love that it comes with 2 pairs. I use one for the kitchen and one for the bathroom because I really don't want those cleaners to mix. Pros: * Thickness / fit. They are not thick and are not intended to be used when heated. It even says so on the packaging. Although they are great for cleaning. They're thin enough to fit in my hand and don't slip or slide back and forth while brushing, but thick enough to rub against things and not irritate my own skin. * Protection - They provide chafing protection and the cleaners I use and the thickness and lugs provide excellent grip. * Appearance - they are a cute pink color, like in the photo. I don't really take myself shopping but they are a nice color to look at while using them. *Length - They reach well down to my forearm and their fit and length keeps water out of my gloves while I'm washing dishes. Cons: * Detachable - they fit my hand and the material is not breathable. So when used enough to cause sweat (like a deep cleaning) these things stick to my hand and are a bit difficult to remove, I have to peel them off. since I can't just pull my arm out. Verdict: * They're so good they fit like a glove (no pun intended) and I can actually grab items and clean them properly. Previous gloves felt so thick that it was difficult to grab and clean things. I prefer these to the thicker ones.
