Unboxed product, connected to my laptop and pressed the button. Nothing has happened. I have read the instructions on the box and the first step is "Connect the product to the computer. 2. Click the button and the mouse pointer will move automatically. Click the button again to end the function. You may have just received a defective product. , Return the item now. LOSS OF TIME.
