This item came in a sturdy box with all contents in excellent condition. Freezing bread was important to me to make a living. For my personal use, the packets had freeze crystals that came out after they were in the retailer's freezer. The freezer is new, I checked it for temperature differences. Maybe I did something wrong personally, but I had to quickly replace this product with the look of the bag and bread.
