I didn't like setting it up.

Good to know: This screen is made of a rather loose fabric. More importantly, this fabric has stretch (heavy spandex I think) and gathers very easily. The screen itself works very well. It was uniformly white, clean, smooth - really everything you could want or expect from a projector screen. There was little to distract from the image projected onto the screen. The kit included nylon ropes and self-adhesive wall hooks for mounting. Not a big fan of this part. The hooks were small plastic hooks, and the self-adhesive backing made me nervous about peeling the paint off the walls when I took them off. The rope was too thick for me to comfortably use such small hooks, but it still seemed secure enough. I wanted to be able to move the screen around the house and yard, but setting it up was a bit of a hassle and felt a little permanent. And back to the fabric: due to the fact that it stretches, it is difficult to achieve wire tension. without stretching the screen. From the picture it looks like you will get a rectangular screen hanging rectangular. But if you look at the posted image, you must stretch it into what looks more like a pointed oval. I tried hanging it loosely so it was square, but a small fan nearby made it wobble a lot so I had to hold it down. It doesn't affect the quality of the image in the end, but it's not as aesthetically pleasing to see everything stretched as if I could let it hang in a rectangular shape. Works as it should. I just don't like the way it looks and it didn't end up working the way I wanted it to.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled
