Review on 🍲 8-Qt GoWISE USA Electric Pressure Cooker - 12-in-1 Multifunctional Design with Stainless Steel Pot, Included Measuring Cup, Spoon, Steam Rack, and Basket by Edgar Clark

I was so excited to get this, love the size! Great for parties. I used it once for chili at a big party, it worked great. I had a St. Patrick's Day dinner party for 10, I loaded the pot, turned it on, boiled for 5 minutes and died! I can't express how upset I am. I had to separate everything and put it in 3 different pots to cook. What should have been a 20-30 minute boil up now took 1-1/2 hours. Luckily my guests were very patient! I also noticed that the top valve doesn't hold up well for pressure or steam cooking. Not sure if I would want another valve from this brand but will try another (I bought a warranty). Death on second use is very frustrating and disappointing! I contacted GoWise, they asked me to send photos of the broken oven, then a photo of the cord that was cut, and told me to get rid of it. They sent me a new one which I opened up a few months later as I only use it for large functions and found they only sent the plate, no lid, no insert. I called and asked them to send the necessary items to be told I had to keep the old oven for parts. They offered me a 20% discount on the purchase of necessary items. I went to GoWise online and selected the tray insert and lid - the total for both items was more than I actually paid for the entire pressure cooker, even at a discount. Customer service was rude and I will never recommend their products again! I tried to be polite and patient but to no avail.
