The product worked great for about 5-6 weeks 🙄 However, I heard a loud *POP* tonight when I took my phone off the stand. I can only assume that the internal spring is broken. Not that I stretched it too much. It should work on big devices like tablets, I've only used it with one phone (Note 10+), very disappointed as refunds are no longer available 😑☹️
