I bought it used in very good condition as I didn't care how it looked. This case was designed to safely transport VR and nothing else. The case is strong, durable, the zipper is good. It's well built and protects the PSVR well and goes well with all the components. I can only say good things about the quality of the product. The interior is perfect, clean, there are no visible defects. The cable pocket is also clean with no holes or damage. The interior looks like new. With that in mind I'm giving it 4 stars and not 5 stars because there are 3 significant scratches on the outside of the case. I will post a photo of one on the face so you can determine if it matters to you. It's a silly complaint (not even a complaint actually) because it's been used, but the scratches are so obvious and a problem for those who want the perfect case. Overall this is a great product and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to protect their VR or take it with them when traveling. If you want it to look nice, I would advise you to buy a new one. If your only concern is that it protects VR, then a used one is a good option, at least in my experience.
