Mop pad stays fairly wet

No instructions. Just list how to assemble, it's easy to understand but nothing really about how to use. The mop head comes out pretty wet, which I don't like. Once I had to go over the floor with another dry mop to soak up the excess water. I love the swivel head and it did a quick job of scrubbing the floor in my small kitchen, but removing the pads and replacing with others was a little fiddly for me.
