Not intended as a blanket

This item is *not* intended to be used as a blanket. The picture is very cool, it's not scratchy or anything, but I washed it as soon as it arrived and immediately started unraveling quite a bit - that's day one, first wash. This is a cool tapestry and I'm sorry I can't use it as a throw. Don't buy if you need a blanket or bedspread.
