Review on 🌈 16.4ft RGB LED Strip Lights with Remote Controller and Strong Adhesive Tape – Color Changing Tape Light with Fixing Clips for Bedroom, Room, Kitchen, Bar by Robert Hardin

The product advertised is not what I received. The pictures in the description of this item show the +12V/Green/Red/Blue wire light bar. However, the item I received has a +12V/Blue/Red/Green wire. Although the wires attached to it and the connectors are actually correct, the strip itself is wrong. This became an obvious problem after installation as everything else was connected to them (all my other LED strips I have are correct 12V/G/R/B), they glow different colors. The remote control doesn't work either, and I think it's due to a cable issue. The colors I choose both on the remote and in the app don't match the color that lights up. I can't turn them off or mute them either. Not sure if mine is a one-off or not (I'm guessing not as I saw another review stating the same wiring issue) but luckily Revain have great customer service and got involved cared for me Except this problem. Which unfortunately renders the lights almost useless, they are nice and bright and I love that they come with connectors to create corners. The glue is also very good.
