We have three little boys. Waking up in the morning no matter what time they start screaming and waking everyone up. It was tiring. We received them and programmed them, using intelligent technology, to turn on at a specific time (and color). Now they know to be quiet until the lights come on. I love that you can program this entirely from your phone. We used to have one that could be programmed by the lamp itself, but the guys were always fiddling with it. Now only I can change the settings from my iPhone. I love these lamps and can only recommend them!
