I haven't slept well in the last 5 years. Due to sleep apnea, acid reflux, throwing and aching injuries, I woke up at least 2-4 times each night to adjust and find a comfortable position. Often this resulted in me trying to throw as much as possible at myself to keep myself awake - it drove my wife crazy. she's trying too hard. She decided why not? I could help him too. Ever since she gave me a blanket I've been sleeping through the nights and falling asleep faster than ever. This duvet is really changing my sleep rules and will hopefully give me more energy as the months go by.
