As other reviewers have noted the buckle stands out allowing an extra strap to be worn on the front (see photo). The belt is good but the holes are small. I had to stick a ballpoint pen in each hole a little to widen each hole a little; otherwise it would be very difficult for me to unbuckle the belt. I ordered the 36" size that fits the closest hole when the strap is laid out horizontally. There are a total of 7 holes spaced 1 inch apart, so my belt has holes from 35.5 to 41.5 inches. Belt length is actually measured in metric units, so 90 cm is approximately 35.4 inches.
