I'm pretty sure they sent me the wrong size a couple of times. I had to order 3 times to get the right one and everything worked out fine. The leather is ok, you can tell it's cheap and will probably wear off within a year, but so far it's working and the color is nice. The strap is very short. I have a regular 12mm strap and 6" wrist and need to use the 3rd to last hole. wrong quality because i have been wearing it every day for months and it has absolutely no signs of wear, unlike my original leather strap for my watch it is better
