Well made beautiful dark blue lace. I would say my daughter wears 4t from many brands but the ribbing on this skirt is quite loose which causes the skirt to hang lower than usual and fall down. The quality is great but I'll have to wait until it fits her better. I wish she could wear it with tights this winter but unfortunately she can't. However, this skirt is worth buying, but you should try sizing down first, although it may affect the length of the skirt. It's ok if you have Prime for easy and free returns.
