I was surprised at how much it holds without sagging. The folder flap and basket base have a thicker, cardboard-like lining that provides support and structure. Over time it will bend and crumple and put heavier items in it like I did. So I can cut out thicker cardboard to glue to the bottom of the baskets. It hangs over the door hooks and doesn't have them below. So if you open and close the door abruptly it bangs against the door so I used thumbtacks around the edges to help. It doesn't buckle very far from the door when loaded, they've added rigid fiberglass poles on the sides to prevent that, great! This is a great organizer and with a little care and a little tweaking you can make it last a long time. Hope that was helpful, thanks!
