Review of Flat Eyeliner #212

I bought a flat eyeliner brush to color the brows and I have some better brushes like this one that I use mostly for makeup. I bought this brush to add a tint to my clients as it's cheaper and I don't mind tinting their hair and all. I really liked that it helps me achieve the precision I want to tint my clients :) I recommend to anyone who needs a tinting brush!
