Bought a pair to try on. They are pleasantly warm, slightly compressive but flexible, stay on the hips/knees, do not slip when walking. I pull them onto my arms to keep my elbows warm as well and they stay in place although they end up being a bit loose. My husband tried on a sleeve for his occasional restless legs syndrome. He said it's comfortable but I don't know if it helps or not but so far so good. I am amazed that these sleeves can comfortably accommodate my arm (10 inches), hip (15.5 inches) and my husband's hip (19 inches). I have ordered another pair, I can order another if needed. Update: One winter and a few washes later they pilled but still good. The lower part tends to bend. I just fold the edge a little. They still work well, keep my knees warm.
