Comfortable but you need a size smaller
I use it for tendinitis of the elbow joint. My hand is not that big. I would say a normal woman. It's difficult to wrap it around your hand because. #1 is on the arm and #2 is very long. Would like a smaller size. Maybe I missed it. I fold it up and then stretch out my hand. lol! I plan to add velcro to close the pocket that contains the gel pack so it stays inside when I put it on.
