The colors are unchanged, very cute and aesthetic. Light weight and APPEARS like a round brush. However, once I started blow drying and styling my hair, it wasn't until I burned myself that I realized the round brush did NOT have a protective cap. The photos show that the metal comes from above, this part heats up along with the brush and can cause burns, as happened to me. I had the dryer on medium heat as I usually do when styling with the tip of a round brush, catching my neck and leaving a very painful burn. This has never happened to me with any other comb, even when I was just learning how to blow dry my hair. Very disappointed oh should have noticed the design before proceeding with the purchase mainly based on looks.
