Not worth the money spent

After trying this product I was extremely disappointed .It claims to be insulated, but my drink was lukewarm within minutes. The cleaning process was also a hassle, and I found that it was hard to get into all the crevices to fully clean it. The only pro was THE design, but it's not worth the price for such a poor performing item..
