The main thing is the delay.

This equipment is used in conjunction with an Avantree transmitter connected to a satellite television receiver. Multiple attempts are required to pair the transmitter and headphones using different methods. The sound quality is poor, but that may be due to the lack of a tone control feature on these headphones. With a latency of 220ms, there is an unacceptable delay in lip syncing. Finally, the battery life is around 6 hours instead of the time stated in the specification. Details. They pair well with a mobile phone, but not for the purposes I was talking about.
