I bought this item at a discounter. As soon as I started using it, the little brown spot on my face that I always cover up with concealer started to disappear! I considered doing some procedure to remove it, but it disappeared enough that it didn't bother me much. I like how the cream moisturizes. I ran out of cream before my trip to rural New Mexico and didn't have time to order it to get it there. It was very dry there, I really missed the cream in three weeks, moreover, the brown spot seemed to darken. I ordered it again as soon as we got home and was pleased that it wasn't as expensive as I expected. I hope the brown spots go away just like before. I love this cream and apply it to my face twice a day.
