This is everything my son wanted for his 12th birthday. It arrived over Labor Day weekend. My husband and I mailed it to the mailbox and threw the box away as it was garbage day that weekend. He opened it on Labor Day and loved it! We followed the instructions, kicked it and dropped it on the floor a few times to fluff it up. We didn't realize it at the time, but the chair tore at the seam. (After my son got in and pulled out the mincemeat) I contacted the company and they issued an RA. Big. With one caveat. It must be in the same box it arrived in. So now I'm stuck with a piece of crappy chair that has ripped apart after almost every use. This company knows nobody keeps a box this size for long, so they don't need to replace it. It is not worth. Save money and buy something else. UPDATE - The company sent us a new chair and we didn't have to return the item in the original packaging almost immediately after posting my previous review. No questions were asked. I might order another one. My son loves it although they are huge so if you don't have a big space for them it's not worth it.
