Used wireless headphones arrived

I bought these wireless headphones and when you opened them today to gift them the packaging was scratched showing they had been used. I was very ashamed of the person who gave it to him. I do not recommend. The description says it's fingerprint activated, but it's not, it's regular WiFi. It also plays every 20 seconds when Bluetooth is connected.
