**UPDATE**After my review, we were contacted by the support team. They contacted us which was a plus as they support their product! They offered to replace the hat. Free and had no problem returning another one. We received it within a few days and it is absolutely perfect! Both sides work and sound great. He also likes the Bluetooth feature, which allows you to make phone calls through the hat without using your hands. He said this one is very comfortable as a glove and the battery life is great. Thanks very much! I would definitely 100% recommend, great customer service is so hard to come by. Bought for my boyfriend for Christmas. He can use it while doing odd jobs. I'm so sad. It is brand new and only one side of the hat works. 😞 I asked him if he wanted me to buy another one, he said no, it's ok. It's still very handy and 1 side works.
