Once I signed up for this service, they gave me an email address that you could access any time if there was something wrong with their system during business hours (which is great because it's not always possible). The whole process took about 15 minutes from start-to-finish! It only takes one step of transferring all my documents online in just seconds - no more having them stored by myself at home as well. There were times where we had some technical difficulties using our own wifi but everything worked out fine once again without being too much trouble. This really helped us have better control when needed since most things are now done through emails rather than paper copies anymore.
