The first cartridge I replaced (cyan) seemed to work fine but today I had to replace the original yellow cartridge and then the printer told me to replace the cyan too. I doubt I printed 100 partially colored pages, I was expecting to receive the promised 4000. However, the biggest problem I see is that the company will take a few days to respond to this via message through Revain and the phone number doesn't appear to be genuine. 00-867-552-937-3423 appears to be in the Yukon but when I try to get through I immediately get disconnected. In less than 12 hours I received a reply to my message to them with a promise to replace immediately. You can not ask for more.
